We had such a lovely time with my mom and dad the other weekend. They drove all the way to Illinois from Pennsylvania, bringing books, glow sticks, chocolate, and projects for the kids to do. While they were here, they read to them, baked cookies and played hedge apple soccer and softball, oversaw tree climbing and organized treasure hunts. We are incredibly blessed to have such wonderful parents/grandparents in our lives.
Today is my precious dad's 65th birthday. Happy Birthday, Dad! We're thanking the Lord for you and for the life he has given you.

Oh that looks like a fabulous time! So glad you all had such good family time and these are wonderful pictures to see.
I looked at this one an the more recent one. I loved the pictures. I am going to be needing as many pictures of you guys as possible...The funniest was Bro on the the poor old "eyore" dog.
